My refund

I finished my capfin loan but try debited extra amount,I called on the 30th i was told it will be refunded within 24 hrs while still waiting for refund I get debited R446 on the 2nd ..I call I again I get a supervisor with an attitude (Candic) I'm not happy with she speaks to shouting and telling me there's nothing she can do

It's unprofessional for such service I'm still waiting for my refund it's more than 48 hrs and get debited instead
