My payment was late and the credit bureaus showed missed payment. I queried the and they told me to fix it with the creditors and Capfin said I should speak to the credit bureaus. The credit bureaus asked me to get the letter from Capfin stating that payment was made but it was late. It has been several times trying to get the requested letter from Capfin. I sent several letters which is not producing any thing. Now I ask you to help me ask for the letter needed by credit bureaus to update my credit profile. I want to report here onbthis platform till I get the that letter.
