Money *****ing business
Got my settlement letter, did the payment of the full outstanding amoint. Phone Capfin to inform them that payment was made and to close account, sent proof of paymnet, phoned again, emailed probably 10 times. Capfin still puts the debit order through and now has to pay me as the account is over paid. Now I have to go to my bank and get papers and send it so that I can get my money back. So fast to take money, but not so fast giving back

01 Jun 2023, 11:46I have been speaking to consultants this whole week. One said money will be paid within 3 days, one confirmed proof of payment was received and now this morning I was told I must go to my bank and get proof of payment. Now I need to work harder to get my money back
