Made payment but my account is still arreas

I Made payment too capfin infact i settled my account they claiming that i never made payment to them i got paid up letters from the attorneys i was handed over too .. on the 2016/02/15 i received and sms from capfin saying that handed me over to mcs attorneys im sick and tired of capfin i want you guys to clear my name and stop sending me stupid sms that doesnt make sense focus on clients that doesnt make payment and leave me alone
