Mad as hell

Worsed customer service ever I just got an email rite now I'm fuming rite now I logged a complain stating that they debited a day before my pay day and the agreement that we had is that they will only debit a day before my debit date provided that it falls on weekend now I occuredbank charges and it like they don't give a dam this is Flippin massing my credit record u will pay for my bank charges it's not gona end only on hello Peter I'm taking this further the never of telling me that they debit a day before whr do I get the money a day before I get paid that's bull u beter sort this out and fast they don't know customer service they are pathetic.
