loyal complaint

Im so dissapointed I always use capfins services and settle accounts even before the due date i have been treated badly and rude i app**** for loan i owe then zero at this stage they declined even though ive been a loyal customer. They say my living expenses is R***x even though its not true i dont have any expenses the money i have left over in a month after debit orders are spending money so why did they decline. I never want to use their services again.
