Lockdown loan payment for customers who are currently not receiving any income

I am with Capfin loan not working at the moment course of this lockdown. I wanted to contact Capfin that I am not working they must not debit on my account Course there is no money but I can't get hold of them even if I use the number that they give me. They are closed but want my payment the self service site is not helpful at all, please be fair and understand that your customers are going through a taugh time.
