Loan Sharks

<p>I recently called Capfin to inform them in advance that due to a death in the family which would affect my finances for one month I would like to request a one month reprieve on a loan installment and would proceed as per normal with my payments the following month. I was then told by a supervisor Dane at Capfin that Capfin does not allow or accet payment arrangments from clients that are not in arrears and that i would have to first go into arears and then make payment arrangements. I was extremely dissapointed by this response. I've been a client of Capfins for a while and have always made payments timeously on my loan and was very disspointed to receive this kind of response that encouraged customers to have bad debt.</p> <p>They do not live up to their PEP/Ackermans adverts as they advertise in the media but instead they are LOAN SHARKS I intend to close my loan with Capfin soon and will be advising freinds and family on my social media NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.</p> <p> </p>
