Loan settled 2weeks later debit goes through
I had a with capfin and ask for a settlement amount.i have settled the loan but 2weeks later a debit order of 3.5k goes through.they are not professional and they told me to keep calling in to remind them to refund or else it will appear as surplus on their account.
