***** loan from Capfin

I have been harassed, abused and violated by Capfin.

I have never taken a loan with Capfin . Someone took a loan using my ID which Capfin approved. Their ***** department does not answer calls, emails and their call centre has proven to be of no use. They refuse to give details of the person who took the loan and the documents submitted.

This has made my mental health bad to the point of a failed suicide because of Capfin allowing ***** and refusing to assist me. I can’t open a case because Capfin is withholding information I need to open a case against them and the person who took the loan. Now I have to deal with constant panic attacks, daily calls from Capfin and no solution.
