Hi <br> <br> I spoke to Ronel Carstens via email, I wanted to reduce my instalment to R800 from R1432.39.<br> She said to me they can not do that, what I fail to understand is on the adverts for Capfin on the radio it says that if you can not afford to pay your instalment it can be reduced with out any interest. I would really like to pay this account but due to affordability it is a problem. to make matters worse they debited my account with two instalments the R800 and R1432.39.<br> <br> Anyone help
