Listed for a settled account
I settled my Capfin account in December 2014. I gave Capfin the opportunity to remove me from the various credit bureaus. From the 7th April I have typing complaints on this website and the matter is still not recified. Its been almost 5 months since I settled my Capfin account and still I'm listed. Capfin has informed that it take between 7-21 working days its been more than that, as the process started in February, yet Compuscan and Experian still have the listing. I require Capfin to fianlise this matter by close of business today.
