Lies Lies Lies

I took out a loan with you guys and have been paying really well, I explained when I was taking out the loan i only get paid after the 16 in December your'll said you will call so that I can give a suitable date. You than send an sms saying that we must reply yes if we get paid after the 14th of December I did and than called in because I wanted to give you guys a suitable date I was shocked when I was told that I cant choose a date you will start debiting on the 14th of December. I did explain that there wont be any money and I'll get adding bank charges....I was told when taking out the Loan that I can choose a date more suitable for me in December not everyone gets paid on the 14th....why are you been inconsiderate I'll never advice people to take out loans with you guys and thank god January will be my last installment I don't ever want to deal with you.
