lack of customer service

I can't believe that you treat your customers like **** and patronise them, who the hell do you think you are I have been loyal and been paying my account from day 1 now all of a sudden because I was not able to pay and instead made an arrangement iam being treated like **** hell bo I refuse to be ill treated under normal circumstances my account is always paid and never had a rd till now what happened to customer goodwill ?
