Inefficient process

I have made loans before with financial institutions that are very efficient. I am a Business Analyst by profession and I am not very happy with your process on loans. Firstly we go and apply to any Pep/Ackermans and after that an Agent will call you. Mind you you need this loan asap or in 2days, the agent will call you while traveling in a train or taxi and u cant give out your personal info on such platforms, meaning u dont finish the process. The agent will call you again at some other time, same thing happens, mind you the time is ticking and they ask you a whole list of questions on the phone.<br> <br> Please work on your loan processes so that they efficient and effective. I cancelled my loan application because you are taking long, and every time the agents call you, they ask the same questions again and i got tired of that. Otherwise open a Capfin branch rather with consultants that will assist. #My2cents!!!! You can learn a thing on how Wonga does their processes.<br>
