Inconvinience

I am an existing cutomer to Capfin ,they send me an e mail asking for my proof of income which I send on the 28/07/2015 and I got an sms response saying my proof of income has been reviewed and updated just 2 minutes after I received another sms confirming that I can apply for R 4200 I was happy for that and I phoned in to Capfin I spoke to Zuka who then told me that my information is not updated on the system and I have to wait for 48hours for my information to be updated. How inconviniencing is that after I received the second sms with an amount I made other arrangements which does not accomodate 48hrs I am still waiting for feedback and no one is coming back to me.
