Inconvenience

<p>6/12/2016 I asked for a settlement letter they sent it, I paid up the acc. 7/12/2016 according to them they received the payment and I even received a sms saying they recieved the money. 13/12/2016 they debited the installment off my account. I immediately called them, I understand my account had a tracker since it's December, but the agent and team leader assured me I would receive my money back in 24hours it needs to reflect first. And they asked that I send a bankstatement as proof, I did. 17/12/2016 I called them and the lady said she's going to send through the request for a refund that was suppose to be sent when the money reflected the 14/12/2016. 19/12/2016 I still have not recieved my refund or a call to apologize for inconviencing me or to explain the delay. This is pathetic client service. I want my money back and compensation</p>
