I'm beyond heartsore with my service.

This is the first time I am using Capfin for their services and as a first time customer im in distress, confused and not getting what I app**** for and agreed to leaving me angry.

I am concidering filing a complaint with the Ombudsman and the banking Ombudsman.

I app**** for a Capfin loan last week. In which I received an SMS that a consultant will phone me regarding my loan application. The very next day I got a 20 minute call which I was explaining my salary and my monthly income including divulging my personal details. My loan was approved and I consented to the monthly debit amount agreeing that the money will reflect into my account on Monday, 21 June 2021.

That was the agreement we made. Monday has passed and when I phone Capfin nobody seems to help or assist me. They giving me the run around. My Banking App shows that I have a de*****eck from Capfin that has expired due to me not replying to my 1 minute USSD which is extremely unfair. I am extremely unhappy and I am going to take this matter to the Ombud. Please contact me Capfin as I am livid and all I want is service due to me. I cannot not have my loan but have a debit check. I have not agreed to wait a week, two weeks eve a day later to this agreement of a loan. I agreed to have my money on Monday the requested day.
