I will NEVER use capfin again !!!!!

Yes that is right, you guys can go ***** yourself ! Debiting my account weeks before month end !!! This was my last funds available for the month so you guys literally took the food from my families mouth !!! Sending out an sms to confirm pay date before or after the 18 Dec and i did not even receive this sms ! I even requested a settlement so i could settle the account in December and the consultant did not even bother to advise me that they will be deducting early this month ! I dont care if its stated in your t&c's i NEVER gave authorizatiin for this debit to go off so i will go to my bank and reverse this payment and pay it on the day as discussed when loan was madr! We have to pay through our noses on interest etc but you cannot even call your customers to check up if they received that stupid sms !!! I will never do business with this **** company again because who is to say you wont just debit my account in future for no reason ! Please remove me from sms notifications etc
