I want my money back

I settled the amount for these people, I got an SMS saying my amount has been settled. I woke up today, they still debited the loan amount. I see a lot of reviews for the same thing. Can't they not help themselves when they see money? I regret ever taking a loan from these people. Why would your agent say they will stop the debit order in 2 business days, after 2 weeks you still debit!!! I
