I had an account with Capfin and same was handed over to Finwitch attorneys , I settled the account in February 2021 and they amended my credit profile , paid up letter was also sent to me via email

I had an account with Capfin and same was handed over to Finwitch attorneys , I settled the account in February 2021 and they amended my credit profile , paid up letter was also sent to me via email. To my surprise , the very sam account is now handed over to DMC and they have blacklisted me. This ******** blacklisting has damaged my credit profile and I did not qualify to become a home owner due to this ********...I called them twice yesterday and they are telling me about 24 working days to remove my name. It took them less than 24 working days to hand over my account, I want thos to be cleared .
