I am very much ****ed off with their services, today i received an sms of early debit order which they ddnt even contacted me to find out if i am getting paid early in december and an bank charges will be on me as they will be no funds on the 18 december 2023 i am getting paid month end and i contacted their helpdesk and their consultant was useless for me she says there is nothing she can help me if i am charged for bank charges there is a channel of complain i must follow and as far as i know u called ure client and find out if its possible to send a debit order early.
