Hounding calls after account is settled

I was unemployed for 11 months and during that period I could not keep up with the payments. Immediately after being re-employed I settled the outstanding amount as per the settlement offer I had been given at the time. However to my dismay my account has not been handed over to a different company which is hounding me daily for repayment on the loan, even though I keep stating that the account was settled in full in 2015 July. There is not contact information available to lodge complaints and the e-mails sent to the generic box are never responded to. I need this matter resolved and I need my credit record updated indicating that the account has been settled in full, as a matter of urgency!
