Horrible service

My account has been paid up and it shows I'm in arreas then today they took a R1300 from my account I then phoned to ask them to pay my money back because im done with them the consultant tell me i must phone tomorrow then they will reverse my money and I will get it Monday I don't need it them I need it now.
