Horrible service beyond disgrace

I've been battling to get a settlement figure from Capfin. They keep on sending me a statement and directing me to pay. Into Fenwick's account but Fenwick's says they have no relationship with Capfin. When I call Capfin it a mission they clearly have no clue what they are doing and they completely lost. Worst when they gave me Fenwick's statement but the content says RCS and they are impossible. Maybe they marketing director will help cause thier legal department keep sharing me with ********** info. All the *********** people I dealt with my be dealt with.
