horrible service

will never use their services again. After 3 weeks going onto 4 weeks i am still going back and forth for a refund on an account I settled yet they still debited my account. It's issue after issue. when the one is resolved something else is wrong on their side.

the service is horrible because their words don't match up and while all this is going on your account (that's paid up ) is still getting charged interest. This is ****************. I am sick and tired all i want is the account updated and my money refunded.
