HARRASMENT

From the complaint I have just rendered before again everybody is harassing me with calls wanting me to succumb to their erroneous billing system. I am still complaining of the fact that why does an account that has been paid an amount 5 times the installment fetch interest a within week of paying the amount even if it was not a settlement for which I also totally disagree with. I am not a company , i am only an individual why is it that they not write off the amount if they cannot explain how they do their billing. How do people get out of debt when we are cheated evenif we are trying to make right by paying in good time. They must tell me if the very huge an mount does not mean a damn thing unto them, then I will be decaring a war until I go to the courts. The only amount that I wish to pay is the R681. 50 that was left after the R8000.00 payment and nothing else. I can even go and pay it as I speak and I need that as written agreement otherwise I will not tolerate them harassing me.
