Harassment
Capfin has been phoning our business line non-stop looking for a person that doesn't work here. They call on average 15 times a day. Even though we have clearly expressed numerous times that the person doesn't work here, they say they will remove the number but it takes 48 hours. This has been ongoing for the last 3 weeks.

28 Feb 2025, 09:42All we request is that you remove our number from your system and stop contacting us. As it stands from 7:32 this morning there has been 6 calls, that's 3 calls an hour, a call every 20 minutes. It is unacceptable and this needs to stop!
