Harassing Calls every hour even after being told it's wrong number

I called Capfin to tell them to stop calling me, I was told we will keep calling you until someone who used your number to apply for a loan calls us to remove your number. I told this people this is a company number please stop calling it. I am on week two of blocking their numbers because clearly they do not see this as harassment. I don't even have a loan with them or tried to apply for one yet I am being harassed every our by their calls, I just came back from nightshift and I have being blocking Capfin numbers since last week.
