Handed over to debt collectors for a paid up loan

<p>Two years ago I took a loan with Capfin and i paid it up in full in October 2016, the debt collecting company was FBLAW then, now today I get a call from another debt collection company SIGMA SA for an overdue amount of an account I settled in full last year. I have contacted your useless legal department and customer service department numerous times and even forwarded proof of settlement yet this has still not been resolved after I have settled the loan in full. This is destroying my credit profile massively and it needs to be sorted out urgently.</p> <p> </p> <p>I await your response and if i do not hear from anyone, I will take this matter further as this is ********** and messing with my credit profile.</p>
