While I take full responsibility for my account obligations, this single missed payment was due to temporary loss of income.Since that time, my financial situation has stabilized, and I have maintained a consistent, on-time payment history. I truly value my relationship with Capfin, and this late mark does not reflect my commitment to financial responsibility.I am asking for your help to clear this mark from my credit history with the major credit bureaus. It would greatly assist me in my current financial goals.
