Frustrated

I have been trying to sort out my income with capfin for the past few days ! They have it recorded at almost R3000 less than my net income!! Then they say they take the everage of my past 3 months! I have a set net salary I received a bonus that double my usual net income in Dec and overtime which was R2000 more than my net income! My nett income never changed I got extra in December and January and February salary was back to normal! If people bothered to check my payslips they would see my salary never changes I just get extra!!!

Please note I was called again yesterday saying I requested a call back but the person had no idea about my issue she atleast tried to assist and I was on the phone with her over 25mins. She eventually said they were confused because I changed bank accounts and the two statements was causing the issue I told her to cancel the application. I will resubmit my docs with a summary of payments regrencing payslip and account paid into which I did. I sent the email last night detailing Nov and Dec was paid to Nedbank i updated my bank details in Jan and Jan and Feb was paid to Agrican bank. I was just called again this person also didn't know about my issue and again confirmed my income as incorrect again! No changes was made before the call
