Frustrated

Debit date is the 25th of every month. It's the 25th today and I get a message that my debit order has not been received. I got paid in the early hours of this morning, how can it not be received. Same story every month. Come on guys sort your systems out cos it's really frustrating getting those messages. I would understand if you sent if on the 26th or 27th or any other date but not on the 25th when its the date I get paid on and there is money for sure in my account.

Come on man. Every month its the same story.
