********** Loan Enquiry

I recently spoke to capfin legal representative regarding loan which was **********ly taken on my name, however capfin only cares about how the money was used upon getting to my account than to focus on how the loan was taken at the first place, to me it does not make any sense because "In my opinion" they should be concerned with how the loan was app**** to be able to prevent such act to not happen again and to prove that indeed the ***** was either commited or not committed.

Unfortunately I have to pay a loan that I did not to clear my name.
