***** on Alzheimer's patients account

Hallo

Someone have Made a load on my Grand Mom"s account at ABSA bank. When i Phoned Capfin they said they can not help me because i don't have sign rights on my grand mums account that is why they can not give me any details on who borrowed money on my Grand Moms account, they said i have to go to the police and open a case, the police ask me against who should they open the case. I said to the police that i don't know against who they should open the case because Capfin don't want to give me any recordings of the person who phoned them. Know what should we do, Capfin just deduct money from my Grand Mum every month and we don't have a say, we can not reverse the money because the Lady @ ABSA Bank in Rustenburg said we need to get a letter from a Layer to get sign rights on Grand mums account. Know this will cost us even more money and time to arrange all of this, in the meanwile Capfin just deducting money from my Gand Mums account. There is know way that she could Phone Capfin, give her bank details and borrow money, because she have Alzheimer's. I have send a Medical report through to Capfin fax number and still they don't want to help. I want to know who approved the Loan and who was the Person that gave all of my Grand Mums details, for this Loan. I see this as a BIG ***** case against Capfin and the person who asked for the Loan.. How can Capfin give a loan to an Alzheimer's Patient who can not speak over the phone, give her bank details or sign for anything...
