In January I had a loan that I took of R18000 with capfin all went well and they used deduct their monthly installments normally until the month of April when the installment was higher then normal when I called in the call centre was told a loan was taken online of R45000, my question was how do you accept taking a loan within 3months of a loan that was taken prior and was proof of employment confirmed? as financial institution that’s what needs to happen before confirming an unauthorized loan. The lady I spoke to Mandisa advised that I need to pay for a loan I did not take. Since then was hand over for something I did not approve. I spoke to a very rude guy from ***** department who was not willing to help or listen to me in any way, I have since sent affidavit and my case has not been investigated, no called and sent and email, my credit score is affect and my life has just stopped I would never recommend capfin to anyone
