I received a call from a lady called sibongile kwelweni from Capfin, she told me my account was in arrears. i asked he how. she told me, they didnt get enough funds on my account when trying to debit. i asked when she told me on 24 of april. i asked her my debits are not on 24 but 28th. she told me i agreed to to debited 24th. which i don't know of and never agreed to. then i realised that the reason many of our credits going to arrears is because they change our debits dates for the account to go to arrears, that means more money for them. she was very rude on the call, told me she demanded the money and i must do payments same day or else. she told me she doesnt care how i see it. i can even speak to her manager if i want. her attitude was out of this world. For me this means capfin is a money making scheme, robbing people. and with people like sibongile, a lot of people won't do business with capfin again. she is just something else. i wonder if she qualifies to do what she's doing and she got proper training or is this how capfin runs the business. I'll make sure FSB takes a look at this and deals with this
