Forced arrangment by a Rude lady in CAPFIN

I was called by a rude lady that forced me to agree to making an arrangement when i clearly told her that I cannot talk and asked her to call me at 12 and she refused and said she needed to make an arrangement now which i said yes and she started reading the Ts and Cs its than i stopped her because the date she wanted to set fo the arrangement was not gonna work for me but she went on and stated that she does not care i agreed and there was a call recording even thought i had the right to change while on the call. she went on and hung up. she was Rude!
