Final loan debit order taken early; pushed me into overdraft

I just paid off my loan with CAPFIN, but instead of allowing my final debit to go off on my usual payday, as it always has, they processed it a day early. The result? My account went into overdraft, and I’ve been charged fees because of it.

What makes this worse is that this seems to be a common issue with this company. After speaking to others, I’ve realised they regularly take debits early, without notifying customers or honoring agreed debit dates. That’s a deliberate, unfair practice.

I’m stuck with unnecessary bank charges, all because the company wanted to secure payment before I was even paid.

It’s disappointing that after months of on-time payments, this is how things ended. No communication, no apology, no care.
