FEELS LIKE HARA*****T

I have a loan with Capfin. Three months ago I had a financial setback and cannot afford to pay my full instalment. I spoke to a consultant at Capfin and has made an arrangement to pay less a month which he accepted and send me a confirming sms. Now lately Capfin's collection department phones me 2 to 3 times a day and want me to go through the whole process of confirmation for recording purposes just to tell me my account is in arrears and that they want a full installment plus the arranged amount. When I told the lady that I have made an arrangement to pay less she told me nothing shows on my account and that is why they phone. I want to know why do they have to phone me every day seeing that my financial situation is still the same and that I cannot pay more than the amount that I have offered them. I send several emails to ask them to update my arrangement on my profile and that they should stop phoning me. They rep**** that I must go for debt counseling and even gave me contact numbers to phone. Why must I do that for such a small amount. They still phone me and yesterday I refused to answer then they phoned my employer. Totally unprofessional.Must I pay for all these calls?
