False hope loans !!

Complete waste of time, they give you false hope ! You get provisional approved, send the documents which is either just 3months bank statements or pay slips along with ID, you submit bank statements, following day consultants calling you didn't submit documents which they later find while u still on the phone, okay thank you we will now process your application. Next day another caller oh we need also your pay slips, you submit they received it, following day u get another call you need submit pay slips which u already did. you have to keep on reminding them u just did the previous day !!!

Easy loan applications maybe not for self employed ones. They should just clearly state no self employers!

l got fed up, don't know what else they want, perhaps submit myself lol. Told them to keep their loans to themselves count me out! I'm so fed up,it's like that capfin office is madhouse !!!
