Failure to comply with debit order instruction

I have an account with Capfin which ends in October.Ive been very satisfied with Capfin just till recently.In my contract I have debit order which is scheduled for the 27th of every month.In the month of July the 27th falls on a Monday which is a business day.Capfin then decides to debit my account on the 24th of July.Which for me makes no sense!I asked that Capfin debits my account on the 27th and they decide to do their own thing.I then sent an email to the company and I informed them of their inconvience.I got a response which was not even helpful or anyone jumping to situation mode.I was told that if my debit order falls on a weekend my account will be debited the day before.That I understand and I agree with but my question still remains how is a Monday of the 27th July a public holiday or weekend?I am honestly greatly inconvienced by the company the money they took in my account didn't even belong to me it was for one my business deals that I'm working on and I had to deposit that money on Saturday.I always adhere to paying my account but there is a reason that I asked the company to debit my account on my pay day.I do not appreciate this inconvience which is a setback for me
