Excellent Service
My Capfin loan was paid up during the month of March but surprisingly they debited my account at the end of the month. I phoned them on Monday the 28th regarding this issue, the consultant who was friendly, apologized to me for the mistake and assisted me by processing the refund on their system. The following day I received my money but to my surprise they even offered me another loan and this shows that they mean business and they definitely know how to keep their customers. I would like to recommend Capfin for their excellent service they should keep up the good work.
