Capfin what a bad experience with them. I am so furious and will never recommend anyone to take a loan with them. I took a loan of R10 000 last year early October and my first installment was on the 28th October 2022 which is a 12 months to repay my loan. Then I lost my job and I only skipped 1 month which I made arrangements to pay that outstanding month. I was supposed to finish my loan in September the last time I checked with the agent the only outstanding payment was R297.50 for October but to my surprise they ducted R1459 again this month. I am so frustrated with Capfin they are ripping us daylight. I want my refund in no time. And i want someone to explain how did that happen. All I want is my money back into account immediately. They think they can just get away with it, Hell No!
