I had a loan with capfin some years ago and it was settled however the settlement amount I got from the agent was not accurate then they handed me over for that. I paid the amount with SSD in March 2017 received a letter from SSD sent it to capfin as they are still claiming money from me till this day. I sent an email again on the 7/05/2019 attached the paid up letter and every time I call their call centre I am told the account is with another department they can't see anything made calls every day since then to hear the same story till today no one has gotten back to me with an answer.
