early debit order

I have a loan with capfin and i get paid on the 25th of every month. I agreed with Capfin to debit on the 25th but this month, first month of debit, they debitted on 23rd, had no funds in my account. Debit order went back unpaid. Now i will have bad record with my bank and on ITC.<br> <br> <br> I have asked Capfin for a letter to say that they debitted earlier so I can provide my bank for them to remove the bad record. It seems Capfin does not want to provide the letter.<br> <br> <br> Where was i supposed to get the money from on the 23rd because i get paid on the 25th? I regret the decision of taking a loan from Capfin. <br> <br> <br> You might want to think twice before approaching certain companies.
