DON'T TRUST THEM - *****S! OMBUDSMAN HERE I COME!

I am very very angry and disappointed. I changed my debit order a day before my debit order date. it still shows my debit order will run on the 25th and not to the changed 28th. They state ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE in their t's & c's that you must change it 2-3 days before. Neither do they state it in the contract of the loan! I am currently lodging a complain with the Ombudsman. You cant charge me a penalty for late payment if I gave you 24 hour notice that my salary date has changed. It's against the consumer act!! Will never ever take a loan here and rather go to alternatives like Fasta or something!
