Don't do Capfin, ever

If there was a zero score, Id happy submit it.

I have over 100 calls from Capfin collections for an account that i settled last month. This month they deducted the installment and had the audacity to send me an sms my account is settled.

From the absolutely abhorrent, ill trained and disgusting collections staff, not all but the select few that left me with a dry mouth, to the absolutely dismal turn around times ( I'm still waiting a call from their finance department - mind you they deducted my account today but not one person within this elusive finance department has called to clear my query. I cant request recording as evidence, I cant listen to my recordings, I cant speak to anyone outside collections, I cant formalise a complaint. Until today, Ive heard nothing but debit order was still deducted.

The audacity to take my money out of contract and then do a refund for less the money deducted is laughable. Mind you they've sent me a you have X amount available to borrow.

If you have a problem don't let Capfin be your solutions. Don't do it, its not worth the headache, the continuous harassment and the lack of professionalism Ive endured.

I could never bring myself to recommend anything they offer not even if it was free.
