Don't keep to arrangements

I had a difficult time explaining to a consultant that I could not talk to her as I work in the reception area and she insisted in making payment arrangements. eventually her team leader calls me he then makes the arrangements with me but yet the amount debuted is twice and more the amount as agreed upon. now I'm sitting short of a R900 we agreed on 700 but they deducted 1600. I wasted my damn airtime and got in trouble by the boss as their consultant got through to her directly. so all the trouble I got in and went through was for freakn nothing as my request for an arrangement was ignored and that by a team leader<br> you people need to be retrained if you don't know how to do your damn jobs well.
