Disappointed

I have a loan with capfin that was debited on 22 of September on a Sunday I had funds available which was for my kids school fees so I reseverve the amount and made a agreement to pay the amount on the 25 or 26 as per my agreement now I app**** for ccre3 elsewhere and they refuse because of capfin debuting my account on the 22 were do I get funds 3 days before my pay Now I call the call center and they can't give me a letter to say my account was debited on the 22 instead of the 25 yes you have a policy this agreement was made a few months ago how I do I remember all this information If you debit my account you should have done it on Friday you do it on sunday

If you can't assist me give me contact no for someone that can assist me If the public is a Tuesday and 25 is wenesday y would I get paid on the 20th to debit my account
